WHY MAINTAIN YOUR UNIT?
Most people only think of their air conditioning unit when it causes
problems for them. While this may seem sufficient and cheaper for
most people, this can lead to a very costly outcome. When a unit
begins to deteriorate, fixing the problem or replacing the part can can
another part to wear out as well. This is due to a strain on the older
parts now that the new part is working more sufficiently. However, with
regularly scheduled maintenance you can properly maintain your unit.
Also, our normal charge for a service call is $85. As you will see
below with the maintenance agreement, you can save $20-$90 depending on
how many systems you have in your home!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You pay us once, we schedule your maintenance 6 months apart;
usually one before summer time and one before winter time. Then we come
to your home and perform a thorough preventative maintenance checkup on
your system(s). During the 12 months of your maintenance you receive one
free, throwaway fiberglass filter, 10% off any repairs you might need,
AND during those hot summer days if any problems arise you are our first
priority. This puts you ahead of those customers without a
maintenance agreement.
