"Your crew put in some long hours on this install, and I want to thank them for their efforts. I also want to thank them for finding the under slab chase, and installing the Freon lines under the slab, instead of over head. I also want to thank them for removing the over head lines and getting rid of the ugly line cover on the back side of the house. If this unit is as good as the last one, I will be pleased. It doe shave better cooling capacity, I have noticed that already. I want to thank you and your crew for a fine job. You responded quicker than Del-Air for this task. As to price, you may have been a bit more, but I have found that the cheapest price is not always the best price. Thanks again for your efforts."
