WHY MAINTAIN YOUR UNIT?

Most people only think of their air conditioning unit when it causes problems for them.  While this may seem sufficient and cheaper for most people, this can lead to a very costly outcome.  When a unit begins to deteriorate, fixing the problem or replacing the part can cause another part to wear out as well. This is due to a strain on the older parts now that the new part is working more sufficiently. However, with regularly scheduled maintenance you can properly maintain your unit.  As you will see below with the maintenance agreement, you can save $20-$90 depending on how many systems you have in your home!

 

 HOW DOES IT WORK?
You pay us annually, we schedule your maintenance 6 months apart; usually one before summer time and one before winter time. Then we come to your home and perform a thorough preventative maintenance checkup on your system(s). During the 12 months of your maintenance we will apply 10% off to any additional repairs both parts and labor you might need, AND during those hot summer days or cold winter nights if a problem arises you are entitiled to priority status.
